1. The Company known as Du-Mar Ltd (" the Company") offers a free review ("the Review") of their present website index page optimisation status of the requester ("the Requester") subject to confirmation by the Company.
  2. To obtain the Review, the Requester shall complete in correct format and with valid content (including URL and all requested contact details) the online application form and must agree these terms and conditions.
  3. The Requester declares the website to be reviewed contains no illegal, subversive, pornographic, or other exploitative or inflammatory content.
  4. The Requester is not acting or intending to act in competition to Du-Mar Ltd
  5. Only the index page of the Requester website will be reviewed.
  6. The Review will represent an indicative website optimisation status and does not represent a full or definitive status of the whole site or its potential optimisation status if rectified.
  7. The purpose of the review is to assist the Requester to determine what improvements are possible and is not a prescription of what subsequent action to take.
  8. The review in no way invites or compels the Requester to take remedial action on their website.
  9. Any action the Requester takes on receipt of the review is entirely at their own discretion.
  10. The Company does not guarantee any resulting site ranking status across any search engine as a result of the Requester acting upon information provided in the review.
  11. Agreement to the terms and conditions and provision of the review entails no contract or invitation to treat between either party (of the Requester to the Company or vice-versa).
  12. The Company shall not be liable to the Requester for any internet service disruption, howsoever caused. The Company confirms the Review itself is in no way disruptive to internet service.
  13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law in every particular including formation and interpretation and shall be deemed to have been made in England. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Review may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.
